Privacy policy
This policy explains how 4Corporate handles personal information on 4corporate.com.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by 4Corporate LLC (“4Corporate”, “we”, “us”). Our published mailing address is 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, US. Enquiries: hello@4corporate.com.
4Corporate is an international professional-services and business advisory group. We coordinate corporate, legal, accounting, international mobility, business advisory and technology work. We are not a law firm, a governmental authority, a bank or a financial institution. We do not issue residencies, visas, citizenship, passports or bank accounts. Where work requires a licence, it is delivered through appropriately qualified professionals or entities.
For this website, 4Corporate is the organisation that decides why and how personal information submitted here is used (the controller). Licensed local counsel, banks, programme agents and software vendors who receive information in order to deliver a service decide their own processing as independent controllers or as processors, as their role requires.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers 4corporate.com and the pages linked from it that we control, including service landings, Contact, Book an appointment, cart and checkout, and the public 4Corporate CRM marketing page on this site.
It does not cover: (a) the 4Corporate CRM product once you create an account at crm.4corporate.com; (b) the Zoho Bookings calendar once you enter a booking on booking.4corporate.com; (c) WhatsApp, email providers, Google Maps, or other third-party sites you choose to use; or (d) the privacy practices of banks, government authorities or licensed professionals we introduce you to. Those parties publish their own notices.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us, what is needed to run a request, and limited technical data created by using the site.
From enquiry and consultation forms we may collect:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
- Country of residence and company name, if you provide them
- Service category or programme of interest
- Preferred contact method (email, phone or WhatsApp)
- The message you write, including any facts you choose to share about nationality, residence, timing or objectives
- The page URL and browser language at the time of submission
From checkout and engagement requests we may also collect:
- Full name, email, phone number and country (required at checkout)
- Payment session reference, selected services, quantities, amount and currency for payment follow-up
- Billing or postal address, city, state or province, postal code and billing country, if you provide them
- The service slugs and purchase type (full fee, deposit or consultation) in your selection
If you book a time through the in-page calendar, Zoho Bookings collects the details that calendar asks for (typically name, email, phone and appointment notes). We receive the booking so we can attend it. Zoho’s own notice applies to that form.
If an affiliate link included a referral code (`?ref=`), we may store that code for the visit and send it with an enquiry so staff can see which introduction referred you. That code is attribution for our team. It does not by itself trigger a commission payment.
We do not ask this website to collect government ID images, source-of-funds files or card numbers. If a later engagement needs identity or source-of-funds documents, we will request them in a controlled channel and share them only as described in section 6. Card payment for a direct purchase is completed with an approved third-party payment processor, through its secure embedded checkout form or a payment link. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly into the processor’s form; 4Corporate does not receive or store them. Do not enter payment card data in our contact or enquiry fields.
Our intake function may log technical data needed to accept or refuse a submission, including approximate time, a hashed or truncated network address used for rate limiting, and whether the request succeeded. Analytics events exist in the code as names only; no analytics provider is configured, so those events are not sent to a third-party tracker.
4. How we collect it
Directly from you when you:
- Submit Contact, Book consultation or checkout forms
- Write to hello@4corporate.com
- Book an appointment through the Zoho calendar
- Message us on WhatsApp, if that channel is published
- Speak with us on a consultation we have arranged
Automatically, in limited ways: HTTPS requests to our host; the enquiry function’s rate-limit and validation logs; session storage of a referral code; local storage of whether you dismissed the site announcement; and cookies that Google or Zoho may set inside their embeds (maps on Contact, the bookings calendar on Book an appointment).
The cart is saved in local storage in your browser so it survives a refresh. Checkout selections and pending payment references are saved in session storage for the current tab. We store checkout contact details, the payment session reference, order reference, amount and currency on our server for payment follow-up. Card data remains with the payment processor.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Read and reply to enquiries and engagement requests
- Arrange and hold consultations
- Identify the service or programme you asked about
- Prepare a proposal, invoice or engagement letter where we accept the matter
- Coordinate licensed local counsel, authorised programme agents, accounting professionals or banking introductions you have asked us to pursue
- Open or operate a 4Corporate client portal workspace for an accepted engagement, so you can view process, documents, invoices and quotes
- Detect spam (including a hidden honeypot field that humans should leave empty) and throttle abusive submissions
- Comply with law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and professional due-diligence duties that apply to us or to the professionals we instruct
- Protect the site, our people and our clients against fraud or misuse
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a similar regime, we rely on: taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing a contract, for enquiries, bookings and engagements; legitimate interests in running a professional-services website, keeping it secure and attributing referrals, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; legal obligation where we must keep or disclose records; and consent where you choose WhatsApp or another optional channel. You may withdraw consent for an optional channel by writing to hello@4corporate.com.
We do not use this website to run an email newsletter, and we do not sell personal information. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects about you from this site.
7. International transfers
4Corporate is based in the United States. Clients, professionals and vendors sit in other countries. Information you submit will typically be processed in the United States and may be accessed from, or transferred to, the jurisdictions involved in your matter (for example Panama, the Caribbean, Cyprus, the UAE, Hong Kong or others named on a service landing).
Those countries may not provide the same legal protections as your home country. Where we transfer information in connection with an engagement, we do so because you asked us to pursue work that cannot be performed only in one country, or because our systems and vendors are located there.
8. How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are kept long enough to reply, avoid duplicate spam, and meet record-keeping that applies to professional coordinators — and then deleted or archived with access limited to staff who need it.
If we accept an engagement, we keep the file for the life of the matter and for a further period required by the professionals involved, tax rules, or dispute limitation periods. Client-portal records follow the same file.
Referral codes last for the browser session only on your device. Announcement-bar dismissal can remain in local storage until you clear site data. Server logs are kept for a short operational period unless a security incident requires longer review.
9. Security
Forms post to our own intake function over HTTPS. That function validates length and shape, ignores a filled honeypot, stamps credentials that never sit in the public website bundle, and forwards accepted enquiries to our CRM. Rate limits apply per network address and email.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send identity documents, account passwords or payment-card numbers through the public forms. If a matter requires sensitive documents, we will say how to send them.
11. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information we hold, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of information you provided. EEA and UK residents may also have a right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in section 12.
Write to hello@4corporate.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. We may refuse a request where the law allows us to keep the record (for example to complete an engagement, to meet AML duties, or to defend a claim).
12. California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) applies, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise a request, email hello@4corporate.com.
Categories we may collect in the last twelve months, when you use the site, are identifiers (name, email, phone, address), commercial information (services of interest, cart selection), internet or network activity (page URL, locale, security logs), and professional or enquiry content you type into a message. We use them for the purposes in section 5 and disclose them to the parties in section 6.
13. Children
This website is intended for adults acting for themselves or for an entity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through these forms. If you believe we have done so, write to hello@4corporate.com and we will delete it.
14. Third-party services
The following third parties are relevant to this website:
- Zoho Bookings — appointment calendar at booking.4corporate.com
- 4Corporate CRM application — accounts and billing at crm.4corporate.com
- Google Maps — map embed on Contact, if loaded
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if we publish a chat link and you use it
- Our website host and the serverless function that receives enquiries
Client and affiliate sign-in controls on this site point to crm.4corporate.com (client-sign-in and affiliate-sign-in). Those logins are processed on the CRM product, not in this website’s forms.
15. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. Continued use of the website after an update is your acceptance of the revised policy for subsequent visits. For an accepted engagement, the notice in your engagement documents controls if it differs.
