Refund & cancellation policy

How refunds, cancellations and payment disputes work for services requested through 4corporate.com.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers engagement requests and purchases coordinated by 4Corporate LLC through 4corporate.com. It is a plain-language summary of the refund, cancellation and dispute rules in our Terms of service. Where this page, the Terms and an engagement letter differ, the engagement letter controls for that matter, then the Terms.

It does not cover the 4Corporate CRM product at crm.4corporate.com, whose subscription, trial and billing terms are presented when you create an account there.

2. How payment works

Selected services can be purchased directly through this website. Payment is completed by bank transfer or through an approved third-party card payment processor — card details are entered directly into the processor’s secure embedded form or payment-link page, and 4Corporate never receives or stores card numbers. A formal invoice is issued after the payment is made. Services without Buy now are quoted first and paid after we accept the engagement.

A purchase is not automatic formation, filing or account opening: every matter remains subject to our due-diligence review, and if we cannot accept it the payment is refunded as sections 3 and 4 describe.

Only pay against instructions we have given you in writing. Do not send funds to any account or link we have not specified.

3. If we decline or you cancel before work starts

We review every request and may accept, refuse or re-scope it, including for due-diligence, sanctions, professional-conflict or capacity reasons.

If we decline a matter before starting work, we do not invoice 4Corporate professional fees for it. Any amount actually received for that matter will be returned to the original payer, subject to any non-refundable third-party charges expressly disclosed before payment and to applicable law. The same applies if you withdraw a request before we have started work and before we have committed third-party costs on your behalf.

4. Once work has started

Work includes strategy, document review, local-counsel or agent instruction, and filing. Once work has started, 4Corporate fees for work performed are payable and are not refundable, except where an engagement letter says otherwise or where law requires.

A deposit, where shown on a service page, is an amount that opens a file; the remaining professional service or formation fee remains payable as stated in the engagement. Deposits are treated under the same rules as other fees in this policy.

5. Government and third-party charges

Government filing fees and due-diligence, licensed-agent, legal, bank, translator, courier and other third-party charges are paid to or incurred with independent third parties and are separate from 4Corporate’s professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. They are typically non-refundable once paid — including where an authority or institution later refuses an application or account. Outcomes rest with each authority or institution; a refusal does not by itself entitle you to a refund of fees for work performed.

6. Consultations and bookings

A consultation booked at Book an appointment is a scoping conversation. It does not bind either party to proceed. You can reschedule or cancel using the options in your booking confirmation, or by writing to hello@4corporate.com. We may also decline or postpone a consultation.

7. Cancelling an accepted engagement

To cancel an engagement, write to hello@4corporate.com. We will stop starting new work on the matter. Fees for work already performed, and third-party costs already committed on your behalf, remain payable; any remaining amount we have received and not applied is handled under sections 3 and 4 and your engagement letter.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payer, normally by the same method used to pay. Any deductions permitted under the applicable engagement terms will be disclosed as part of the refund calculation. Timing depends on the banks and processor involved.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at hello@4corporate.com with the invoice or payment reference so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the matter directly. If you raise a dispute with your card issuer or payment processor, we will respond with the relevant engagement and payment records. The governing-law and venue rules in the Terms of service apply.
