Terms of service
These terms govern use of 4corporate.com and related public pages. They do not replace a signed engagement letter.
1. Agreement
By browsing 4corporate.com, submitting a form, booking an appointment, adding a service to the cart, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of service and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
If we accept work for you, a written engagement, proposal or invoice will sit alongside these terms. Where that document conflicts with these website terms on fees, scope or deliverables, the engagement document controls for that matter. These website terms still govern use of the public site.
2. Who we are — and who we are not
These website terms are offered by 4Corporate LLC (“4Corporate”), an international business advisory and professional-services coordinator. Our published mailing address is 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, US. Contact: hello@4corporate.com.
4Corporate is not a law firm, a governmental authority, a bank, a broker-dealer, a trust company or a financial institution. Nothing on this website is a solicitation of a specific government programme. We do not issue residencies, visas, citizenship, passports, company registries or bank accounts. Decisions on those matters belong to the relevant authority or institution.
Where an engagement requires regulated legal, immigration, accounting, audit, trustee or similar services, those services are provided by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals through the applicable affiliated or independent professional entity. Legal privilege, where it arises, exists only in your relationship with the licensed professional providing that advice — not with browsing this website.
3. Using this website
The site is general information about services 4Corporate may coordinate. It is published in English. Catalogue pages, fees and programme facts are offered so you can decide whether to enquire. They are not a bid, prospectus, investment advertisement or immigration guarantee.
You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any page, price or offering without notice. Pending figures on a landing (shown as being confirmed) are not published numbers and must not be relied on.
4. No advice; no automatic client relationship
Content on this website, including service landings, advantages copy, FAQs, blog posts and testimonials, is general information. It is not legal, tax, immigration, investment, accounting or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your nationality, residence or facts.
Browsing, submitting an enquiry, booking a calendar slot, or placing an item in the cart does not create a lawyer–client, fiduciary, banking or advisory relationship. A relationship for paid work begins only if we accept the matter in writing (including by invoice or engagement letter) and, where we have asked for it, cleared funds or an agreed retainer have been received.
You should take independent licensed advice in every relevant jurisdiction before you rely on a structure, programme or introduction.
5. Catalogue information and third-party rules
Residency, visa and citizenship programmes are administered by governments and their authorised units. Company, trust and foundation vehicles are formed under the law of the named jurisdiction. Banking relationships are opened, or refused, by the receiving institution. Their statutes, fees, processing times and eligibility rules can change without notice on this site.
Confirm any figure against the official source or against a written 4Corporate proposal before you rely on it. Where this site cites a public authority or an index, it does so as a third-party publication, not as a 4Corporate guarantee.
Published 4Corporate fees on a landing are our professional coordination fees unless the page clearly includes something else in “What is included”. Government filing fees, due-diligence fees, translations, travel, bank minimums and institution charges are extra unless an engagement says otherwise.
6. Enquiries, consultations and booking
Contact (Contact) is an enquiry form. Book consultation remains available as a form page. Contact us and Consultation closes on the in-page calendar at Book an appointment. That calendar is powered by Zoho Bookings. Using it is also use of Zoho’s terms.
A consultation is a confidential scoping conversation. It does not bind either party to proceed, does not guarantee eligibility, and does not instruct local counsel or a bank until we both agree in writing. We may decline or postpone a consultation.
Do not include identity-document scans, account passwords or payment-card numbers in a public form. Share only what you are comfortable putting in writing.
7. Buy now, cart and engagement requests
Where a landing shows Buy now, it starts checkout for that service and payment option. Add to cart lets you select several services; the cart is saved in your browser across refreshes. Checkout collects your contact details and asks you to review the fixed order and total before payment. Services requiring a quote can be submitted as an engagement request. A purchase is not automatic formation, filing, or account opening.
Citizenship and residency landings do not offer Buy now: residency programmes show a “Starting from” fee and close on contact or consultation. Pet Travel Documents, Outsourced CFO and Customized Software Development are Contact us only where the catalogue says so.
We may accept, refuse or re-scope any request after review, including for due-diligence, sanctions, professional-conflict or capacity reasons. Until we confirm in writing, listed prices are invitations to treat, not a binding sale.
For services that show Buy now, you can purchase directly through this website. Payment is completed by bank transfer or through an approved third-party card payment processor — card details are entered directly into the processor’s secure embedded form or payment-link page — and a formal invoice for the purchase is issued after the payment is made. Services without Buy now are quoted first and paid after we accept the engagement.
Every purchase remains subject to the review described in this section. Work on a paid matter ordinarily starts after we confirm receipt of the agreed funds and complete that review, except where an engagement letter says otherwise. If we cannot accept a matter, the payment is handled under the Refund & cancellation policy.
8. Fees, deposits, invoices and refunds
Fees on the catalogue are 4Corporate professional fees in the currency shown. A “from” price is a starting point, not a cap. A deposit, where shown on a service page, is an amount we may ask for to open a file; the remaining professional service or formation fee remains payable as stated in the engagement.
After a purchase or engagement request we may email wire instructions or a payment link issued through our approved payment processor. Those instructions will name the account or processor that should receive funds. Where you pay by card — including a direct website purchase — a formal invoice is issued after the payment is made. Do not send money to any account we have not specified in writing. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong beneficiary.
If we decline a matter before we start work, we will not invoice 4Corporate professional fees for that declined matter, and any amount actually received for it will be returned to the original payer, subject to any non-refundable third-party charges expressly disclosed before payment and to applicable law. Once work has started — including strategy, document review, local-counsel instruction or filing — 4Corporate fees for work performed are payable and are not refundable except where an engagement letter says so or where law requires.
Government filing fees and due-diligence, licensed-agent, legal, bank, translator, courier and other third-party charges are paid to or incurred with independent third parties and are separate from 4Corporate’s professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. They are typically non-refundable once paid, including if an authority or institution later refuses the application or account.
4Corporate CRM subscription prices and trial terms are set on crm.4corporate.com and in that product’s own terms, not by a service-landing cart.
A customer-facing summary of how refunds, cancellations and disputes work is published at Refund & cancellation policy. Where that page and these terms differ, these terms and your engagement letter control.
9. Licensed professionals and partners
You authorise us to instruct and coordinate appropriately qualified professionals reasonably required for a matter we have accepted, and to share information with them as described in the Privacy policy. Those professionals may have their own engagement letters, professional rules and fees. Their work is their professional responsibility.
We are not liable for a government delay or refusal, a bank’s credit or compliance decision, or a partner’s professional judgement, except to the extent an engagement letter says we will coordinate a defined filing and we failed to do so through our own negligence.
10. Residency and citizenship
International mobility offerings are coordination of legitimate programme routes. 4Corporate does not grant status. Approval, timelines, interview requirements, physical presence and revocation rules belong to the state. You must tell us truthfully about nationality, residence, criminal record and source of funds. False or incomplete information can cause refusal, loss of fees, and in some countries criminal exposure.
Naturalisation, dual-citizenship rules and tax residence are separate from a residency or citizenship-by-investment filing unless an official source and your engagement both say otherwise. Nothing on a landing is tax advice.
11. Banking introductions
Banking pages describe introductions and onboarding support. Opening is always subject to the receiving bank or institution’s approval. 4Corporate does not open, operate or guarantee an account. Introductions may be available for a company or an individual from a jurisdiction that institution accepts. Eligibility restrictions published on a landing (for example Panama personal accounts limited to residents and Panama-registered companies) apply in addition to the institution’s own rules.
Any rebate or discount mentioned is only where an institution extends special conditions because of the volume of clients we introduce. Amounts are not published here and are not promised.
12. Companies, trusts and foundations
Formation landings describe vehicles under the named jurisdiction’s law. Formation, capital, tax treatment and ongoing compliance are confirmed in consultation and with licensed local counsel. A company, trust or foundation is not, by itself, a residency, a bank account or a tax result. You remain responsible for tax and reporting in every country where you are taxable.
13. 4Corporate CRM, client portal and affiliate access
4Corporate CRM is a separate subscription product at crm.4corporate.com. Trial, billing, uptime and customer data in that product are governed by the terms and privacy notice presented when you create an account there. This website’s marketing page is not the CRM contract.
If we accept you as a client, you may receive dedicated client-portal access to view process, documentation, invoices and quotes. Keep login credentials confidential. You must not share a portal account except as we agree in writing.
Affiliate sign-in, where offered, is for persons we have accepted into an affiliate arrangement. Referral codes captured from `?ref=` on this website are for our internal attribution on an enquiry. Commission, if any, is governed by a separate affiliate agreement — not by these website terms.
14. Due diligence, sanctions and declining work
We may request identity, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information, and we may decline, suspend or terminate a matter where information is not provided, is unsatisfactory, or where law, sanctions, professional rules or our risk appetite require it. We are not obliged to give reasons where disclosure would itself be unlawful.
You confirm you are not using the site or our coordination to evade taxes, launder funds, breach sanctions, or mislead a government or institution.
15. Intellectual property
The 4Corporate name, device and site design are ours. You may not copy the catalogue, scrape the site for a competing service, or use our marks without written permission. Photographs are used under their respective licences (including Unsplash stills credited in our attributions). Do not reuse them from this site as if they were yours.
You retain ownership of documents you supply. You grant us a licence to use them solely to assess and perform the requested work and to meet legal duties.
16. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Misrepresent yourself as 4Corporate, a government, a bank or a licensed professional
- Probe, overload or bypass the enquiry function, honeypot or rate limits
- Submit malware, or harvest personal data from the site
- Use the site if doing so would violate sanctions or export rules that apply to you
- Republish pending or unpublished fees as if they were confirmed
We may block access or discard submissions that look automated or abusive.
17. Third-party sites
Links to Zoho Bookings, 4Corporate CRM, Google Maps, WhatsApp and partner sites are provided for convenience. Their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
18. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4CORPORATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that a programme will be approved, that a company will be formed by a date, that a bank will open an account, or that tax treatment described in general terms will apply to you.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent allowed.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4CORPORATE AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS, PERSONNEL AND COORDINATED PROFESSIONALS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST STATUS, REFUSED ACCOUNTS OR LOST PROGRAMME FEES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE WEBSITE OR AN ENQUIRY THAT NEVER BECAME AN ACCEPTED ENGAGEMENT IS LIMITED TO USD 100. FOR AN ACCEPTED ENGAGEMENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE 4CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THAT ENGAGEMENT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These caps do not apply to liability that the law of Delaware says cannot be limited, or to our fraud.
You agree that any claim related to the website must be filed within one year after it accrues, unless a longer period is required by law that cannot be waived.
20. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless 4Corporate and its personnel from claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the site, your inaccurate or unlawful submissions, your breach of these terms, or your use of a structure or programme in a way we did not agree in writing to coordinate.
21. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy policy. Submitting a form is a request that we process that information to reply and, if we both proceed, to coordinate the matter.
22. SMS Communications
By providing your contact information and consenting to receive communications from 4Corporate LLC, you may receive SMS messages regarding appointments, inquiries, requested services, service updates, and, where applicable, marketing and promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
23. SMS Privacy
4Corporate LLC may use your mobile number to send communications consistent with the consent you provide.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to operate our communications and services.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
24. Changes
We may revise these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The revised terms apply to subsequent use of the website. They do not change a signed engagement unless that engagement says they do.
25. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court for misuse of our marks or the site.
If you are a consumer in a country that does not allow you to be steered to Delaware courts, mandatory consumer protections of that country remain available to you. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived.
26. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these website terms. We may assign them to a successor of the practice. These terms are the entire agreement for use of the public website. They do not create third-party beneficiaries except as section 9 requires for coordinated professionals acting on an accepted matter.
The word “including” means “including without limitation”. Headings are for convenience only. The official text is English.
27. Contact

These terms describe the public website and how an engagement request works. They are not a substitute for licensed advice on your circumstances, and they should be read together with any engagement letter we issue.
